Mailing List Module
Keep your school up to date with this easy to use mailing list solution.
This module provides the following functionality:
- Subscribe or unsubscribe automatically from the mailing list via a website form
- Add, edit or delete mail list accounts via website admin
- Export mailing list as a .csv file compatible with Microsoft Excel
- Unlimited members
- Send a plain text email to mailing list via website admin
- Includes training and support

Newsletter Publication Module
Publish your school newsletter online and save!
This module provides the following functionality: - Create html newsletters from preset templates or create from your own template
- Publish newsletters to your mail list or members list (if modules are enabled)
- Nominate method of distribution, email newsletter as as a link or html
- Archive published newsletters for future reference
- Our graphic designers will setup an inital template for your use.
- Includes training and support

Provide a secure password protected area on your website - ideal as a school intranet for staff access only.
This module provides the following functionality:
- Membership information page and online application form
- Administrator validation of new membership accounts
- Sign-in, forgot password and welcome pages
- Assign unlimited secure pages to your website
- Add, edit or delete member accounts
- Export member accounts list as a .csv file compatible with Microsoft Excel
- Send a plain text email to members list via website admin
